Shipper Questions
How do I request a freight quote?
Submit your load details through our Get a Quote page or call us at (312) 863-9386. We respond with a competitive rate within 2 business hours during office hours (Mon–Sat 9AM–5PM CST). For urgent loads, calling directly gets you the fastest response.
What information do I need to get a quote?
For an accurate quote, we need: origin and destination (city/state), pickup date, equipment type (dry van, flatbed, reefer, etc.), estimated weight, commodity description, and any special requirements such as liftgate, inside delivery, or appointment times.
How quickly do you respond to quote requests?
We guarantee a response within 2 business hours during office hours (Mon–Sat 9AM–5PM CST). For after-hours requests, you will hear from us first thing the next business morning. Our dispatch line is available 24/7 for urgent needs.
What equipment types do you have available?
We operate dry van trailers and work with a vetted network of carriers for flatbed, refrigerated (reefer), and specialized equipment. We also coordinate air freight and intermodal/rail shipments through our logistics partnerships.
Do you offer tracking on my shipment?
Yes. Every load we handle includes real-time GPS tracking with updates every 15 minutes. You will receive status updates at key milestones — pickup confirmation, in-transit updates, and delivery confirmation with electronic proof of delivery (ePOD).
What lanes do you cover?
We are headquartered in Plainfield, IL and service lanes throughout the Midwest with particularly strong coverage in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Missouri, and Minnesota. Are you licensed and insured?

How does billing work?
We invoice after delivery and provide electronic invoicing. Payment terms are established at the time of the first load. We accept ACH, check, and major credit cards. For questions about billing, contact us at info@syntellifreight.com.
What happens if my freight is damaged or delayed?
Contact our team immediately at (312) 863-9386. We document all claims professionally and work to resolve them quickly. Our insurance coverage is active on every load we handle. For delays, we proactively communicate with you before you have to ask.

How do I become a driver for Syntelli?

What CDL do I need to drive for Syntelli?
CDL-A is required for OTR and most regional routes. CDL-B is accepted for certain local operations. You must also hold a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certificate and meet all FMCSA 49 CFR Part 391 requirements. Full qualification details are on our Drivers page.
Do you have local or home-daily routes?
Yes. We offer local (home daily), regional (home weekly), and OTR options depending on current load availability. Tell us your preference when you apply and we will match you with the best fit.
What is the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse?
The FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse is a federally mandated database that records drug and alcohol violations for CDL holders. As an FMCSA-regulated carrier, we are required to query every driver in the Clearinghouse before hire and annually thereafter. Drivers must be registered at clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov before starting with Syntelli.
